During Febuary 5-6, 2011, Mr. Surachai Sae-Dan, gave a public speech, containing a defamatory, insulting comment to the king, the queen and the heir apparent, at Samakkeetham Temple in Bangkok, at Samakkeetham Temple in Bangkok.
