"Taweesin" and “Kwanjai” were defendants were accused to be part of producing and distributing audio clips in "Banpodj Network case" . Both pleaded no guilty and expressed their wish to stand trial. The court then strike both of them from Banpodj Netowrk case file and ordered the Military Prosecutor to file new case against them.

Later. "Taweesin" changed his plead and the court sentenced him to 10 years in prison and reduced to 5 years. 'Kwanjai' also chahed her plead later and recieved the same penalty. The two defendants changed their minds because they saw that the trial took too long.

Allegation

“Taweesin” and "Kwanjai" was accused that they have known that audio clips which were made by Hassadin or 'Bunpodj' contain some content that violate Criminal Code Section 112 but they still distributed them.

Circumstance of Arrest

On 25 January 2015, around 14.00, 'Kwanjai' was arrested from her residence in Bang Sao Thong area by 6-7 military officers with weapons and 2 trucks of women military and 2 truck of policemen.

Officers seized her computer, mobile phone and other electronic devices together 14 items and took 'Kwanjai' to be interrogated. She was blindfolded and her head was coverd with a white bag on the way. 'Kwanjai' was detained for 5 days in a close door room for the interrogation.

"Taweesin" was arrested from his residence on 29 January 2015.
