Rosana Tositrakul posted an article named 'The Siezure of National Treasure Gas Pipeline Epic' on her Facebook page. While Facebook page “Never steal barrier” shared the article and also tagged Rosana’s Facebook page on its post. When people wrote comments on the shared article it would show up on Rosana’s Facebook page.
Later Piyasvasti Amranand authorized to Suratchai Mansrithavorn to sue Rosana Tositrakul for allegedly violating article 14 and 15 of Computer Crime Act. Bangkok South Criminal Court, however, dismissed the case considering the action of defendant did not complete element of a crime, according to the Computer Crimes Act.

Suratchai Mansrithavorn, who was authorized by Piyasvasti Amranand as a plaintiff, stated that on 11-12 August 2014 Rosana Tositrakul, defendant, imported to computer system of forge or false computer data through Facebook account named “Rosana Tositrakul”, implicity support or consent to publish such forge or false information on computer system that is to cause damage to plaintiff’s reputation.
