Case

On 27 January 2018, a group of people gathered at the sky walk in front of the BACC to protest against the case where the NLA passed the Election  Act with a provision that will made the election delay for another 90 days

During the activity, the authority did not used force to crack down the protest but later 9 individuals that the authorities believed to be leaders of the protesters were informed of 3 accusations including sedition under section 116 of the Criminal Code, defied order of head of NCPO no.3/2015 by taking part in a political gathering of 5 people and above and for assembled in a restrict area under section 7 of the public assembly act
