4 March 2018, Sirawith or 'Ja New' announced to organize a public gathering calling for an election at Pattaya beach. There were approximtely 100-200 people participated. Later, 7 people were summoned to police station and charged with Public Assembly Act for not notifying authorities in advance and violation of Head of NCPO order for gathering of 5 persons or more. 

On 31 July 2019, The Pattaya khwaeng Court punished the fine of Siwirat, Wanchalerm, and Sasawat each 4,000 baht, but the testimony and verdict were useful for consideration. Reduced a fine of 3,000 baht per person. Other defendants dismissed.
