Parit or Penguin one of United Front of Thammasat and Demonstration leader, was accused with contempt of court for his action on 8 August 2020 where he call on people to gather at the Criminal Court to show solidarity with Anon  and Panupong or mike, the two person who were accused to committed seditious action during protest of Free Youth Movement on 18 July 2020.

Parit’s action caused unrest within the court, he also committed offense against the Criminal Court regulation. However, Parit has made a statement to apologized the court during the hearing, the court then ordered to strike the case out of the system.
