On 26 October 2020, protester under the name "the People" announced to protest in front of the German Embassy in Thailand. The protester gathered in front of Samyan Midtown before marched along Rama IV road passed Lumpini Park before turned right to North Sathon Road then stopped in front of German Embassy.

The protester aimed to hand letter to the German Government thought the German Embassy in Thailand. The letter that was handed call upon the German Government to review whether the King of Thailand had exercise his power on Thailand over territory of Germany or not.

After handed the letter, representatives of the protesters also read statement that were wrote in 3 languages including Thai, English and German. The protest went with no violence incident but later some protester were summon to acknowledge accusation under sedition.

In November 2020 Gen.Prayuth announced to enforce anyl aw that are available to prosecute the protesters and takingcare of the situation. Afterward, 13 protesters were summoned to acknowledge Lese majese accusation.
 
The Prosecutor filed charge against 13 defendants on 22 July 2021. The Bangkok South Criminal Court released the defendants on bail and demand for bailbond 200000 baht each. Since 3 M.P. from Move Forward Party and 2 academician offered their position as bail deposit then there was no need to deposit cash as bail bond.
