29 April 2021, United Front of Thammasat and Demonstration organised a protest in front of Criminal Court to call for right to bail for political detainees including Parit Chiwarak or Penguin.

There were around 300 people gathered at the court building while Benja, one of the protestors. threw papers with lists of names of people who signed the pettition support the right to bail. 

After the incidence, at least 6 people including Patarapong were accused of Contempt of Court. The Court scheduled for examination and orderd that Patarapong was guilty because he used amplifier and create loud noise to disturb public order and court's trials. However, the act was considered not severe and the accsued was a student, the sentenced therefore suspended.

Patarapong is a Thammasart University student. He joined activities with Parit and is member of 'Dome Patiwat' Party which is a student party working in the campus.
