Case

Cha-yo is an officer at  Muang SraKaeo district office, SraKaeo province. He is 59  years old. He was charged for using  facebook account name “Uncha Unyo” distributed a picture and posted a massage which deemed to violate lese majeste law.

The military court in SraKaeo sentenced him to 18 years in prison and reduced t0 9 years.
