"K" was prosecuted under lese majeste charge for selling coins of facebook and arguing with other facebook users on 18 October 2016, after the King Rama IX passed away. People raided into his residence, beat him and forced him to apologised to HM portrait before sent him to police.

On 22 November 2016, "K" got bail with 200,000 baht and the case is under trial and fight the case. The Court of the First Instance dismissed the lese majeste charge and later the Court of Appeal dismissed the charge under Computer Crime Act.
