On 10 February 2018, the Democratic Restoration Group (a political activist group) organized a protest near Mcdonald restuarant on Ratchadamnoen road to demand the NCPO to held the general election within the year 2018. There were about 300 to 500 protesters taking part in the activity.   
 
Later on, the police summoned 49 protesters to inform the accusation under order of the head of NCPO no.3/2015 at the Nang Loeng Police Station. Among the 49 protesters, there were 7 individuals that the authorities seen as the leader of the protester and had informed sedition accusation along with accusation under order of the head of NCPO no.3/2015.
