On 28 October 2017 Kissakorn or  Pai Pak Mun  Post Messaged on his personal facebook account discussed about the meeting of the provincial authority to close Pak Mun Dam, Krissakorn claiming that the provincial authority want to close a dam without concerning that the province might suffer from flood.

Kissakorn later posted another 2 messages on his facebook. One message he made the first message that mentioned above in a form of text picture on facebook. Another message written “On 3 November 2017 please come for a ceremonial to scatter ashes of Ubon Ratchathani Governor over the river for his closure of the Pak Moon Dam"

The witness examination was proceeded on 4 and 5 June 2019, the prosecution presented 3 witnesses to the court including 2 legal officers who reported case against Kritkorn to the police along with inquiry official of the case. The defendant presented 2 witnesses to the court including the defendant himself and one expert witness.

On 24 September 2019, he Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Court found Kritkorn guilty, sentenced him to 4 years in prison and fined in the sum of 110,000 Baht. His prison sentence was however suspended for 2 years period.
