Chukiate Sangwong or 'Justin', Wanwalee Thammasattaya or 'Tee Phayao' and Thanakorn, a 17-year-old man, were alledgedly committed offense under lese majeste for making speeches during the protest at King Taksin Monument on 6 December 2020.
 
The three alleged offenders went to report to the police according to date on the summon, they were all released after gave their statement to the police. Thanakorn who was under 18 at the time of occurrence was separate to be prosecute at the Central Juvenile and Family Court.
 
On 23 March 2021 while the prosecutor had not yet file the case Chukiate was remanded in custody for another Lese Majeste cases.
 
On 28 April 2021 the prosecutor filed charge against Wanwalee to the Thonburi Criminal Court. Wanwalee was then detained for 11 day as her bail petition was rejected by the court. Wanwalee was released on bail on 7 May 2021 under conditions that she must not commit the same offense which will damage the monarchy. As for Chukiate he is still in detain at the moment.
