Chiamorn or 'Ammy the Bottom Blues' a singer who joined political movement was arrested in Ayuthaya Province on 3 March 2021

After the incident where the King's portrait in front of the prison's entrance was burned down, video record of the incident was publicized via Facebook account believed by the authorities to be posted by Chaiamorn.

The police requested the court to issue arrest warrant against Chaiamorn under the follow accusation Lese Majeste, arson and offense under Computer-related Crime Act. Upon the arrest the police served warrant to Chaiamorn before arrested Chaiamorn.

Chaiamorn bail petion was initially denied by the court on the ground that it afraid of flight. On 11 May 2021 after continuous campaign, the court released Chaiamorn on bail provided that he had to accept condition that he will not taking part in activity that may harm to the Monarchy or may provoke chaotic in the society.
 
On the date of arrest, Chaiamorn posted on Facebook saying he did burn the portrait himself. However, during the legal procedure, he denied all charges.
