In the night of January 13, 2021, Sirichai Nathuang, member of United front of Thammasat and demonstration, were arrested by group of plain cloth official under an arrest warrant for the Section 112 case. Subsequently, they took him to the Khlong Luang Police Station and not allow him to contact his lawyers or friends.
 
That night Sirichai's friends tried to find him for several hours until he was found around 1:30 am on the next day while the police took him to search his apartment.
 
Sirichai was accused to spray messages on portrait of members of the Royal Family in Pathum Thani province between 9-10 January 2021. For example, he sprayed the word "abolish 112" on the image of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
 
The Thanyaburi Provincial Court released Sirichai on bail under the condition that he must not act in the same manner as the accused in this case again.
