On 18 January 2022, six members of Thalufah group reported at the Criminal Court under arrest warrant. It took seven hours waiting in the courtroom until the court released them with the bail. Later, on 21 January 2022, the court had an urgent call to the six members of Thalufah to come to the  court again due to an evidence from CCTV showed some Thalufah members wrote inappropriate messages on the courtroom wall. The court decided to revoke the recent bail order and added another allegation “contempt of court” to all of them. As a result, six Thalufah members were sent to prison without any investigation on that day.

Peak-Wachirawit, Pao-Pawarit and Pee-Peerapong confessed and were sentenced for 15 days of confinement. During the appealing process, the three are now temporarily released.
